The Colorado Supreme Court will be hearing oral arguments on December 9th in the Longmont fracking ban and Fort Collins fracking moratorium cases.

This is our opportunity to uphold our constitutional right to protect our health, safety and property from the inherent harms of fracking.

Bring your signs, banners and energy to a rally at 8 am. And then join us to hear oral arguments before the Colorado Supreme Court at 9 am.
