Prop. 105 highlights the need to get big, corporate, money out of politics.  Monsanto, and other agribusiness giants, are flooding the Colorado airwaves with misleading, non-stop, “No on 105” ads.  The Corporations are outspending the grassroots “Yes on 105” campaign $20 Million to $1 Million.

And, if Colorado voters pass Prop. 105, GMO labeling will become a “Corporate Constitutional Rights” – because Monsanto, and the Grocery Manufacturers Association, and others, WILL sue Colorado, claiming that the new law compels the Corporations to speak in violation of the Corporations’ 1st Amendment Rights.
