Come see a free film screening of “We the People 2.0” and a short presentation on “Why Vote No on 71”

WE THE PEOPLE 2.0 is about mobilizing the Community Rights movement across the country because it’s time: ecosystems and species around the globe are collapsing under legal barriers erected by our government and corporate lobbyists.
Our concerns and experiences in Colorado are echoed in its stories from Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Oregon, where communities are organizing to stop fracking, the application of industrial sludge to farmland, and other harmful corporate practices. They are adopting rights-based laws (through initiatives) to ban these harmful activities that violate our rights, and laying the foundation to create the sustainable communities they envision.

We will also have a short presentation about Amendment 71. If passed in the November election, 71 will endanger Community Rights and and our right to direct democracy, the Citizen’s Initiative.

The Colorado 2016 BLUE BOOK is woefully inadequate regarding the arguments against 71.
Learn who is funding 71, why it doesn’t represent the will of Coloradans, and how it will destroy the citizens’ right to initiate legislation.
Most importantly, if 71 passes, it will endanger Community Rights, the subject of We the People 2.0 !
